The only TV documentary to have a preview of the biggest Wikileaks release ever. This is what really happened during the Iraq war, not what the US PR machine of the time wanted us to believe. The reality behind the civilian death count; al-Qaeda's fictitious presence; torture, torture and more torture. A wall of truth revealing unprecedented levels of unwarranted aggression. "The detainee was blindfolded, beaten about the feet and head, electricity was applied to his genitals, and he was sodomized with a water bottle". These secret US military files from 2004-2009 record 300 acts of torture perpetrated on Iraqi prisoners; all after the world gasped at images of grinning US soldiers holding naked Iraqis on leashes. Far from winning the hearts and minds of the people, coalition forces have killed so many civilians, that insurgency has sky-rocketed. The air force launches Hellfire missiles at men with their arms raised in surrender, and at goat herders digging for roots.

A film based on the Neapolitan cult of dead. It is said that these dead people call out in dreams, and sometimes appear in a crowd: the stranger who is staring at you. They want to be acknowledged. So you adopt a skull, one of the thousands of human remains that can be found below the city. This ancient cult that has been practised until recently has left traces, traditions and beliefs.

An Italian documentary that looks at how television manipulates and exploits women's bodies. It all started with the observation that women – real women – are an endangered species on television, one that is being replaced by a grotesque, vulgar and humiliating representation. This is an enormous loss: the erasure of womens' identity is happening right before our eyes, but there is no outcry, even from women themselves. This led to the idea of compiling TV images that share a common manipulative exploitation of womens' bodies, to let people know what is happening – not only people who never watch television, but especially those who watch it but “don't see.” The aim is to pose questions about the reason behind this erasure, a real “pogrom” of which all of us are silent spectators. The project pays special attention to the erasure of adult faces on television, to the use of plastic surgery to erase any sign of the passage of time, and to the social consequences of this erasure.

This documentary looks at the use of traditional medicines to treat the ills of our age. Ibogaine reveals the strong overlap between seemingly distant cultural identities. Ibogaine is a plant alkaloid found in the root bark of the West African shrub Tabernanthe Iboga. It has the unique property of removing withdrawal symptoms and reducing cravings from substances that cause chemical dependence, such as heroin, cocaine and alcohol. It has long been used as a traditional medicinal and spiritual tool in West Africa. For the last forty years, it has increasingly been taken up in Western society as a tool for addiction therapy, where its complex effects on the human brain prove its psychotherapeutic potential and also reveal new information about the mechanisms of memory, learning and dreams.

Narrated by Dr. Stephen Wolinsky, this two and a half hour documentary contains not only the teachings of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj but also “experiential meditations” to lead the viewer into That One substance from which all phenomena arise. These teaching convey Maharaj's basic premise: “All you can teach is understanding, the rest comes on its own”. Divided into twelve themes: The I am, The Body, Consciousness, The Nothingness, Realization, Spirituality and Spiritual Paths, The Guru, The Void, Birth and Death, Cause and Effect, That One Substance and The Illusion.

Every day, tons of chemicals are released into the environment, without any certainty about their possible long-term toxic effects on living organisms. Moreover, the majority of the 100,000 molecules developed since World War II that are used in everyday products have never been tested… Some of them have already found their way into our bodies and into fetuses. Up to 247 toxic substances have been found in newborns. We are bequeathing our toxic legacy to our children along with our DNA! The conclusions are disturbing and challenge the way we live.

A shot of a few buildings in the middle of nowhere, and then the camera delves deep into exotic, luxuriant vegetation. We are in Tropical Islands, a leisure complex near Krausnick, a village 70 kilometres south of Berlin on the site of a former Soviet airbase. At this very spot, moving from one affectation to the next, the upheavals of the last century pile up like so much sediment. Europe's scars and contradictions, its mindscape, its dreams and illusions.

Multiplayer online games have given rise to a virtual economy in which all kinds of virtual assets, from in-game currency to magic shields and whole characters, are traded against real world currency. In China, tens of thousands of gaming sweatshops hire people to play games like World of Warcraft and Lineage. The gaming workers kill monsters and loot treasures for 10-12 hours a day to produce virtual assets that are exported all over the world. Western gamers call them "Chinese gold farmers" and many myths about them circulate in the game universe.
