The main idea of this project articulates from the commentaries that a personage makes (Damourè) in the film of Jean Rouch, Petit to Petit. Damourè describes surprised the customs of the Paris tribe, and it becomes sad by the mortal containment of the fluidity of the Seine and its children, nothing that to see with the freedom of the Niger.
