      Una estrategia parecida es la que utiliza Toni Serra/Abu Ali para distorsionar decenas de clips publicitarios de naturaleza televisiva en La Noche (1994). Introducir estos planos descontextualizados en la continuidad narrativa de un filme de ficción como La noche de los muertos vivientes (1968) de George A. Romero, es la táctica que utiliza el autor para desfigurar el sentido primigenio de unas imágenes descoloridas.
