From conflicts and uprisings in Cincinnati, racism and misery, to the events that have shaken the start of this new century. Until there is justice there will not be peace. NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE offers a window into the world of today's politically active youth. This compelling video presents portraits of four Ohio college students who are active in a variety of issues including the fight for equal education, affirmative action, affordable housing, civil liberties, and women's rights; an end to racial profiling and police brutality; and the Israeli-Palestine conflict. While all four share a passion for justice and equality, their perspectives, strategies and tactics differ - offering the audience a look at the complexity of youth activism in the new millennium.

A prison on the island of Nisida, in Naples, is home to 40 adolescents aged between 14 and 21. The kids design masks to hide their identities during the shooting of the film. It is this very facet which contributes to establishing an increasingly intimate rapport with three of the inmates – Enzo, Rosario and Samir, confronted by prison life, invite us to share their daily routine of school and work, boredom and captivity. They also recount their stories and share their moments of hope and disappointment. If the objective of their punishment is, as stated in the Constitution, re-education, the film questions the compatibility between learning and imprisonment.

Children of water is a portrait of the Salvadorian childhood, of its future under construction. The children tell their story: a story that repeats itself every day. Their voices build the diary of the life of any Salvadorian child, always marked by the water, or more specifically by the lack of it and the constant search for this limited resource. Maira and Pablo live in El Coyolar, a rural community in El Salvador. Their lives are parallel, nearly identical, with just one difference: Pablo walks more than two kilometres every day to bring water to his home; Maira does not anymore. For the last three years, Maira has had a fountain close to her house, just five minutes away by foot, thanks to a project by a NGO. Pablo dreams of having water so close some day.

Frederic Roig is a survivor of the bombing that impacted San Felip Neri Plaza in Barcelona on January 30th 1938, where two of his brothers died, victims of the fascist aerian attacks, and the family lost their home. Frederic never asked his parents anything on what happened, neither did he talk about it to his children. On January 31st 2007, almost seventy years after, a commemorative act took place, and on this purpose, he was asked to write about this past event. That 's when we meet him, in the very moment that, as his daughter says, Frederic is looking for his memories...

...niland 1 is built on the separating line of both water and air, the center of which is the man in adaptation by a rise of the sea level. ...niland 1 builds new landscapes on the sea between water and tornades currents, a fight for air being interrupted by a mere rise of the water level, allowing the shining of the water surface line ...niland 1 tells unreasonably through pictures, lets us imagine events, persists on searching and remains uncertain.
